I know you have been doing great with the Clean Eating Challenge. I am excited to announce I have have lost four pounds since the beginning of this month. Just by modifying my eating habits a little I was able to achieve this goal. I know you can too. Here is a four week clean eating meal plan to get you through an entire month. This list is complied of easy Clean Eating recipes the entire family will enjoy. I have not converted all my recipes to clean eating as of yet, but I am working on it. Please use this easy sugar conversion to honey chart if you need to omit any sugar in a recipe.
I suggest to make the breakfast items and snacks on the weekend to have them ready to go for the week. This makes it so much easier during the week for us. If you can cook twice as much taco meat then freeze the extra for later in the month. Also make a double batch of fish sticks to serve later in the month. Also always designate a leftover night. We have Thursdays as leftover night, since this is our busiest night of the week. Everyone can choose what they want to eat.
I have even made it super easy for you with a Meal Planner giveaway from a great friend of mine Carrie from Carrie Elle Blog. She has created a dozen super cute meal planners to make meal planning easy. I just adore mine! See below how to enter to win.

I subscribed finally. I would like my family to start eating clean because I never realized how many additives are in foods we eat everyday. It is actually quite nauseating when you think about it.

I love dieting and having balanced meals because I think anything but can be adversely harmful especially in the wake of so many diseases. However, despite my craze for all things healthy, never have I ever thought of having a completely clean meal plan. Probably because I know no one in the household would join me in my quest especially because they absolutely loathe oats. Nonetheless, I can’t help but notice just how well put your meal plan is. I mean from day 1 breakfast to the wrap-up week, everything looks just so yummy. I especially love the apple pancake and the baked oatmeal bars despite being so widely despised by quite a number of people.

Thanks. It is hard to get everyone on board. I just started cooking this way and there were only a few times I had a little push back as to why are we eating this? But the rule in my house is try a bite, if you don’t like it you don’t have to eat it. It gets my kids to try new things without a fight. Also only introduce one new thing at a time. Then you can find out what they like and what they don’t.
