To be successful with clean eating, it is good to have clean snacks and meals ready to go. I find it is easier to prepare snacks on Saturday and Sunday to have them ready to go for the week. It makes it easy to have ready to options for the kids and for me to grab and go. Once you have a clean eating fridge and have created a clean eating pantry it is easier to have ready to go snacks at your fingertips.

Easy Healthy Snacks for Kids
If you have a few of these ready to go then packing lunches is easier too. I try to avoid the “what’s for snack question” when my kids get home, but already having a couple of healthy snack options ready for them to choose makes it easy. They will feel more in charge if they are allowed to choose. You are just being sneaky by only giving them healthy choices to choose.
