Cheese (cut into cubes ready to go)

I try to avoid the “what’s for snack question” when my kids get home, by already having a couple of healthy snack options ready for them to choose makes it easy. They will feel more in charge if they are allowed to choose. You are just being sneaky by only giving them healthy choices to choose.
