Are you looking for a healthy quick snack to fix? Try these simple and easy to make pizza bites. These little Pizza bites are great for parties, since you can just pick them up and pop them in your mouth. Simple to make with ingredients you probably already have at home. We like to use the less fat Turkey pepperoni for this yummy snack recipe.

Homemade Pizza Biscuit Bites

Homemade Pizza Bites Using Biscuit Mix - Super quick snack idea

Ingredients for Easy Pizza Bites Recipe:

2 Cups Biscuit Mix (homemade biscuit mix)
3/4 Cup Chopped Pepperoni (use turkey to cut out some fat)
1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese (or cheddar or monteray Jack)
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasonings
1 Clove Garlic (more if you like garlic)
2/3 Cup Milk

Directions For How to Make Pizza Bites:

How to Make Pizza Bites Recipe

1. These little pizza bites are so easy to make. Dump all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until the dough is fully moistened as seen in the last picture above.

2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into well greased mini muffin tins. I used min muffin tins, since these bake up so nicely. I love anything baked in a muffin tin these days! You can also just drop spoonful on a cookie sheet, if you do not have a mini muffin tin. You can also add any other toppings you want to these to make them your own creation.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Pop in your mouth and enjoy.
