Easy No Cook Recipes for Summer

May 20, 2014 Amy 1 Comment

With summer right around the corner, I am looking for some no cook recipes. I don’t like to cook during the summer months because it is just to hot to turn the oven on. The back of the house faces West, so by the end of the day the kitchen in the back of the house is hot. Last week we had some great bloggers link up a few no cook recipes you can make for this summer. I have also included a few of my own too!

That Lime Strawberry Cheesecake recipe looks awesome! I love anything that is simple and doesn’t require cooking. Even though we’re home a lot, it seems like our time is so much more precious for these few months… busy, busy!! Thanks for the ideas!
