My 1 year old daughter’s daycare feeds her this year, so I don’t pack her lunch, but last year, she loved what we called “food bits.” We’d take her favorite parts of dinner (usually meat or cheese) and cut it into bite size pieces, then put it in a little container for the next day. She liked getting to have her favorite parts again after eating a puree of fruit or veggies.

My daughter loves sandwich roll ups. The night before she helps me make them, her favorite is turkey and Swiss. Now we are trying to get my 2 year old son on board with these fun and easy kid sandwiches.
