These Corn Dog Muffins are so cute with putting some ketchup on top with a little drop of mustard in the middle. We had 6 to 8 each and still had plenty left over for lunch the next day. I was thinking some sweet potato fries are a nice compliment.
The Corn Dog Muffins are perfect, since they are baked I don’t feel quite as guilty. I love the fact that these really tasted like corn dogs, since I never buy them. I don’t like to buy a lot of fried food for my kids to eat at home. These are great to make ahead and freeze for a quick and easy freezer meal on those nights you just don’t want to cook.
