Tips to Organize Your Week and a Weekly Planner Printable

January 6, 2017 Amy 5 Comments

Are you struggling trying to stay organized this year? This is always something that is a challenge for me. At the beginning of the year, this is always my New Year’s resolution. “To Get Organized!” So I thought, what do I need to help me with all of our crazy weekly schedules? I really like the idea of seeing the entire week at once. So I know where everyone is supposed to be. Then I thought, you guys would love it too!

To be able to see the entire week at a glance, allows me to plan how my day is going to go. Are you a visual person? I am. If I don’t see it, it doesn’t exist. This weekly planner printable helps give me a quick glance at the week. I miss so much if I don’t stop and write it down.

Weekly Planner Printable Tips

I have a secret tip for you. If you don’t want to print one every week, print one and place a weekly planner printable in a 8.5 X 11 in document frame and use colorful dry erase markers to write in your weekly family schedule.

Tip#2. For this calendar I like to make sure everyone has their own color, so I can see at a glance who needs to be where. Then just spray a little homemade cleaner and wipe clean, or you can spray a little alcohol to clean the glass surface. Then you can reuse it as much as you wish.

Tip #3. Try to keep your weekly planner printable visible for everyone to see. So when someone asks, “hey, can you take me here?” They can check the calendar and see you are already somewhere else. I hope this eases next year with an additional driver in the house.

We need so badly to get organized around our house. Love that you framed it so that it looks nice on display and works great with a dry erase marker. I would love it if you would share this at the Happy Now Link Up, where we like to share inspiration and tips to help spread happiness.
