Easy Blender Gluten Free Waffle Recipe Made in One Minute

November 1, 2016 Amy 6 Comments

I received an Oster Pro Blender 1200 for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com), May Media Group LLC, who received it directly from the manufacturer to show you this easy gluten free waffle recipe. As a Moms Meet blogger, I agree to use this product and post my honest opinion on my blog. The opinions posted are my own.

You won’t believe these waffles are gluten free. Eating waffles takes me back to being a kid again. How fun to butter each individual square, then make sure each square was filled to the top with syrup. My kids ask for waffles all the time for breakfast. I make them with my homemade waffle recipe, but I really wanted a great gluten free waffle recipe for me.

Most of all I was afraid they would taste like cardboard, or the waffles would be so dense you could not really enjoy them. I thought I would need a ton more ingredients that I normally don’t have. Then I found this gluten free waffle recipe to make in my Oster Pro Blender 1200. It only took about an minute to make the batter. What a huge win for me.

Then select high and blend until smooth with the Oster Pro 1200.  As a result of using the dual direction blade technology, it quickly creates a smooth batter. With the extra wide 3.5” blade system that allows ingredients to flow down into the blade easier for faster and smoother results.

Pour the batter into your waffle maker using the blender then follow manufacturer’s directions for cooking time. These are so easy to pour.

Did you mean 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda rather than 1/2 cup?

YES! I fixed this in top of the recipe, but forgot to change the printed version. Thanks so much for letting me know.
