Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

This is a quick stockpile recipe to make cookies using cake mix. You should have everything on hand you need to make this fabulous cake mix cookies recipe. These are my favorite since you can put whatever you have on hand in these simple cookies and they still turn out fabulous and everybody just loves them. They don’t have to know you didn’t spend hours baking cookies only minutes. These whip up fast and the hard part is waiting for them to bake. I have even included several of our favorite recipes below.

Ingredients for Cake Mix Cookies Recipe:

1 cake mix – you can use whatever you have on hand. I used Spiced cake mix

1/2 Cup Oil – I used the puréed pumpkin instead of oil. This makes the cookies softer, less crunchy, let  them bake a couple more minutes if you use fruit or pumpkin in the mix.

1. Take all the ingredients and dump them all in a bowl. Then miix all the ingredients together. It is great if you have a little someone to help you make these cookies.
