Bring this to your next party, so you have a something healthy to snack on without the guilt. It is so quick and easy to throw together right before a party. I have a little secret; I love feta cheese. I eat it on just about everything. No really I could. It is so easy to sprinkle on salads, on top of dips and even in tacos. Feta is low and calories and packed full of flavor. If you have not tried feta, you betta! Every time we get the feta cheese out, we make some rhyme with the word feta, cause feta is betta then chedda. Ok I will stop now, to spare you from the feta jokes.

What is your favorite dip for summer?

Great question Christine. I love how versatile this dip is. You can serve it with celery, cucumbers, crackers, pita bread, or I even like tortilla chips. Or serve will all of them and allow others to pick.
