All Natural Homemade Breath Spray

May 25, 2016 Amy 2 Comments

Do you hate to have stinky breath?

What if there was a natural way to get fresh breath?

Whenever you go to lunch or dinner you don’t want to worry about how your breath smells after. Who really brushes their teeth after lunch anyway? I would say hardly no one. I do like to have fresh breath. I really don’t think about it until I am talking a lot with my friends. Then I have that eye popping moment, where I think what if my breath stinks? Yuck.

I wanted to come up with a breath spray that not only tastes good, but is effective at fighting bad breath too. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of this sooner.

This bottle is small enough to fit in my purse to carry around. I hate gum. I know that is a strong word, but I don’t like to chew it. I can’t stand to be around people who chew gum. It is the smacking. That just totally grosses me out and annoys me. Learn how to make mouth spray at home and have it on hand anytime. I simply bring it out and spray to have fresh breath whenever I want. Just say no to smacking. Use breath spray.

You can just use peppermint oil in this recipe if you would like. Then you can have fresh peppermint breath. You may wonder how does peppermint oil and water help with bad breath? It helps leave breath fresh after eating.
