November 8, 2016 Amy Leave a Comment

This post is brought to you by Moms Meet to inform you about the Wow Summit 2016. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Mainly Homemade.

Picking the perfect blog conference is difficult. You want to make sure you are going to be getting your moneys worth out of the conference. A blog conference is an investment in your business. Therefore, a conference must hit on many different levels such as brands and learning. Wow Summit knocks it out of the park on all these levels for health minded families. If this is you, then this conference is perfect for you.

Moms Meet has partnered with brands that meet specific criteria and high standards to help you live and raise a healthier family.” -Wow Summit Website

Blogger Pass – Speakers and Mini Sessions

Wow Summit 2016 Drew Ramsey

This conference has it all. I highly recommend getting the Blogger Pass if you plan on attending. You will get full access to everything. This is what I had access to and it is worth the investment. The speakers this year was amazing. They always bring in talented speakers for the Keynote sessions and the breakout sessions.  I especially liked Dr. Drew Ramsey as a keynote speaker and Dr. Decker Weiss for the breakout sessions.

Due Your Research Before Attending

To get the most out of any conference, you need to do your research about the brands and attendees. If possible reach out to the brands before the conference, by interacting with them on social media. Use your most popular form of social media to put your best foot forward. This is an easy way to catch their eye even before you meet them at the conference. Check out the list of attendees. Is there someone you really want to connect with while at the conference? I was able to connect with a few brands before meeting them. We established a connection before we even met. This will help you stand out among other attendees.

One on One Meeting With Brands

One reason I love the Wow Summit is the personal interaction I have with the brands with the Blogger Pass. The Wow Summit provides a mini speed round where you get to sit and talk with the brands one on one. Be sure to have a business card and media kit ready. Also have a one minute elevator pitch about your site to talk to the brands. That is about they only time you have. This is your time to shine in front of the brands. If you find you really connect with a brand, you can talk with them more at the exhibitor hall the next day.

What Does The Exhibitor Hall Offer

Wow Summit 2016 Sponsors

This is your time to try all the products and talk to the brands more. I think this is one of my favorite parts of the whole conference. Not only do you get to talk to great health conscious brands, but you get to try new brand you may have never known about. The bonus is all of these companies are looking to work with bloggers in some way.

Is Wow Summit Right For You

Wow Summit 2016 Friends

If you are a blogger who is looking to align yourself with more healthy conscious sustainable brands, then this is the conference for you. I had a great time with my friend Kim from Forever Green Mom while at the Wow Summit.  Plus you get blogger sessions geared to just helping you. Take a look at all the Wow Summit sponsors that attended in 2016. There were far more sponsors this year than in past years. If you are looking to talk to brands one on one, then this is your time to shine.

Wow Summit 2016 Organizers

This is my second year to attend. This year I was more prepared and I got a lot more out of it. The keynote speakers were fabulous. I highly recommend this conference to anyone who wants to improve their blog and work directly with brands. Be sure to join Moms Meet to find out where the 2017 conference will be located.

Will I see you at the WOW Summit in 2017?
