Living a natural lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated. It started as a gradual process for me. When I quit my corporate job and decided to stay home with my kids, I needed to save money. I started clipping coupons and buying every thing I could on sale. Then I really looked a the products I was buying for my family. I thought there had to be a better way to buy better natural products and a less expensive price. So I started buying just the basic ingredients. Not just basic, but natural and good for you ingredients.

Living Natural

I started making better choices in everything I purchased for my family, from food to personal care products. As more products became available, it became easier to buy them at the stores. Reading labels became the norm at the store for me. It took a while, but soon I found products that mattered to me without artificial dyes, fragrances, flavors or preservatives. I did not want these added chemicals in our cabinets for my family.

How to Find Natural Products at the Store

After reading and researching tons of labels on the shelves, it is easy to find natural items on most store shelves.  This helps save time to find all your products in one area. Some stores are even dedicated to just selling natural products. I think most natural product companies make it super easy to find their product in an easy to spot package.

I like Tom’s of Maine packaging, since it usually has a white or bright label. This line of product really stands out on a shelf with lots of other traditional personal care items.
