  • Batter:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Biscuit Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Bread Mix
  • 1/2 Milk
  • 2 Cans Wolf Brand Chili - Hot Mild or Regular (no beans)

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the batter and whisk together. It will be really thin and that is OK.
  2. Spray each muffin cup with oil or use muffin pan liners. You must do this or it will stick. Add a scant Tablespoon of batter to the 12 muffin cups. (Scant is not quite full)
  3. Next add a scant 1/4 cup of Wolf Brand Chili to each muffin cup. The new thick recipe works the best.
  4. Top with a Scant Tablespoon of batter to the the top of all the muffin cups. Remember less is more with this recipe.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. I baked mine for 23 minutes and these chili cups were perfect.
  6. Remove from muffin tin and serve with various toppings. We used plain yogurt, cheese, hot sauce and jalepenos. Really what ever you like with chili will go great with this dinner idea.
