Scoop Nogii Whey & Quinoa Protein powder
Fill to 1 cup in the blender with milk
Cut up banana into small pieces and place in blender. Add blueberries, 1/4 cup yogurt and one scoop nogii protein powder.
After all the ingredients are added above fill with milk up to the one cup mark.
Blend all the ingredients for a smooth healthy protein power shake.
