Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla if no vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • Milk to fill the container Can use nut milks or soy milk

Instructions

  1. Fill up Nutribullet with ingredients and blend until smooth. Usually about 30 secs max.
