7 Layer Greek Dip

A light and refreshing easy snack dip for any occasion. Make ahead and bring to parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz Container of Hummus Roasted Garlic is the best
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1 Clove minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Black Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt dip, by combining one cup Greek yogurt, dill, garlic and lemon juice. Mix all together in a separate bowl. Set aside for the second layer.
  2. In a 9X9 dish spoon out hummus and spread across the bottom.
  3. Next add the Greek yogurt mixture created in step one and spread across the top of the hummus.
  4. Add a layer of cucumber, then tomatoes, onions and last olives.
  5. Lastly sprinkle 1/4 - 1/2 cup feta cheese on top of the whole dish. Place in the fridge to keep cool for about an hour before serving
