Easy Blender Gluten Free Waffle Recipe Made in One Minute

Easy to make gluten free waffles in under a minute. Waffles that melt in your mouth, since they are so light and fluffy.

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Sea salt


  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender jar, pulse 4/5 times just to combine the waffle batter.
  2. Then select high and blend until smooth with the Oster Pro 1200. As a result of using the dual direction blade technology, it quickly creates a smooth batter. With the extra wide 3.5” blade system that allows ingredients to flow down into the blade easier for faster and smoother results.
  3. Pour the batter into your waffle maker using the blender then follow manufacturer’s directions for cooking time. These are so easy to pour.
  4. After they are cooked, serve gluten free waffles hot with maple syrup.
