Ingredients
1package Seeds of Change Sesame Ginger Teriyaki
1lbchicken cubed
1onion finely chopped
1bag frozen broccoli
10baby carrots
2stalks celery finely chopped
1clovegarlic
1/2lime squeezed
spray oil
Instructions
Start by cooking the chicken in a hot skillet liberally sprayed with oil. Cooke the chicken for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once the chicken is most cooked, add the onions and cook for one minute. Next add the broccoli and cook for three minutes. Then add the garlic, carrots and celery and cook for one minute or until celery is translucent. Keep stirring occasionally.
Lastly cut open the Seeds of Change simmer sauce and pour over the entire dish. Then cook for five more minutes stirring occasionally to evenly coat all the veggies and chicken. Right before serving add a squeeze of lime over the top. This is my secret cooking tip to make it taste just like the restaurants.
Feel free to serve over rice. This was so much food we did not need to add any rice and just ate it with chicken and veggies. The vegetables add so much flavor to enhance the meal. The kids loved this dish.
