Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

  • 1 cup creamer unflavored
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon Homemade Vanilla Extract learn how to make your own
  • 1-3 teaspoons Homemade Pumpkin Spice
  • glass mason jar to store coffee creamer


  1. First measure the honey or sugar into a glass mason jar.
  2. Then measure out how much pumpkin spice you would like. I like mine to have lots of pumpkin spice so I use three teaspoons. I recommend starting with just one teaspoon, you can always add more after you have tried it.
  3. Next add vanilla extract. I make my own, since it is so much cheaper than to purchase it at the store.
  4. Lastly, add the creamer to fill the glass jar. Then close the jar and shake, shake, shake.
  5. With a lot of pumpkin spice in the creamer I like, you will find the spice tends to settle at the bottom. Just give the jar a good shake before you add it in your coffee.
