Easy to make homemade strawberry doughnut recipe. Enjoy a sweet easy treat for brunches and breakfasts. Rich and full of flavor.
This is really just a little adaption of my homemade pancake recipe.
To make the strawberry puree, wash and place strawberries in the NurtiBullet blender and blend. This is a quick way to make strawberry puree. Measure out 1 cup and two tablespoons of strawberry puree for the recipe and glaze.
First blend all the dry ingredients together. Then mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl including strawberry puree.
Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while stirring. Stir until well combined to make a doughnut batter.
When all of the ingredients are mixed together, pour the batter into the doughnut molds. I saw these and I thought they were just the cutest things, so I had to have them. Now my kids love having doughnuts in the morning for breakfast.
Bake at 350° for 11 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let set for about 2 minutes then pop out of the molds and let cool on a wire rack like this one.
