Ingredients
1cupbuttersoftened
3/4cupwhite sugar
1egg yolk
1/3cupsour cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2 3/4cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture.
Once the cookie press is full combined, place dough into a cookie press and press cookies onto a Silpat baking mat on a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. Cool 5 minutes on sheet before moving to wire rack to cool completely.
