High Protein Breakfast Cookies Recipe

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Banana
  • 2 cups Whole Oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Premier Protein Banana
  • 1/2 cup pecans or nuts
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cinnamon for dusting


  1. First measure the chia seeds and 1/4 cup Premier Protein Banana into a small dish. Let this hang out for about 5-10 minutes. This will allow the chia seeds to swell.
  2. Next mash the bananas in a small bowl.
  3. Then measure out the whole oats, pecans and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  4. Then add the chia seeds mixture and the bananas together and mix well.
  5. Pour in the 1/2 cup Premier Protein with the chia seeds and banana mixture.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix. Let this sit there for about five minutes to let the oats soak up the liquid.
  7. Now form in to small circles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
  8. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes. Flip over and bake for another 2 minutes if you want them firm on both sides.
  9. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to four days.
