Ingredients

  • 1 package Bunny Shape Pillsbury cookies
  • 1 package Chick Shape Pillsbury cookies
  • 1 package dark chocolate chips
  • 1 package white chocolate chips
  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Coconut
  • Supplies Needed
  • Wooden skewers or lollipop sticks 3 different size heights
  • Washi tape
  • Basket
  • Foam
  • Green Easter grass

Instructions

  1. Start by baking the cookies according to the package directions from Pillsbury. While the cookies are baking start melting the chocolates separately using a double broiler.
  2. After the cookies come out of the oven, and they are still soft, carefully place sticks for decorating.
  3. Now the fun begins. Dip the cookies in the chocolate then in the sprinkles. Use chocolate sprinkles with the dark chocolate dipped cookies and white chocolate for the rainbow sprinkles to really make the colors pop.
  4. To make bunny tails, dip the cookie in white chocolate then in coconut. These cookies look just like bunny tails.
  5. To add a little more color to the basket, wrap the sticks with different colored washi tape of your choice.
  6. Now all the cookies are decorated, and some not decorated since they are so cute, it is time to assemble the basket.
  7. Arrange the basket with various heights of cookies, placing the tallest in the back.
