Ultimate Fudge Black Bean Brownies Recipe

These are so fudgy no one will ever know these are made with black beans instead of flour. The ultimate fudge black bean brownies are the best gluten free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can black beans rinse and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder I used special dark
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips I used dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Open, drain and rinse the black beans. Throw this in a food processor and process on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Next add the eggs, vanilla and coconut oil and process on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Mix them together to combine.
  4. Now add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir the creamy fudgy goodness.
  5. Lastly, add 1/2 the chocolate chips.
  6. Grease a 8 X 8 inch dish and pour the brownie batter in and sprinkle the top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake at 350° for 30 - 40 minutes until the center is done
