You would never believe this black bean brownie recipe is made with black beans.
They are so rich and fudgy everyone in your family will love them.
As a test I always let my kids try them to see what they think.
This knocked their socks off and they kept coming back for more. This is a definite win in my book and a new dessert I can feel good about serving to my family.

The Black Bean Brownies Recipe Test
Now I was skeptical, just like anyone would be. I cut the brownies into 9 squares, then I cut one square in half to try them. The first bite was pure chocolate delight. I tried really hard to taste the beans. Really I did. But there was not hint of them at all. This was just pure chocolate satisfaction at its best. Biting down on a chocolate chip or two was pure heaven. I say that really makes these brownies the best ever.
Now I knew I liked them, but I had to put it to the family test. Each kid tried them and I asked them if they liked it. Each one gave a full thumbs up, that is when I sprang it on them the brownies were made with black beans. Now there were some funny looks and one “Oh My Gosh!” look, especially from the one that doesn’t even like black beans. But they all agreed there is no black bean taste only chocolate goodness.
