Yes I said avocado and mint to make a refreshing and smooth green shake to refuel your body after a workout.
I am going to a turbo kickboxing class twice a week. After class I am craving protein. I really like to drink high protein shakes, but I was getting in a rut and needed something just a little different. I wanted a green shake to add to my diet.
Ingredients for Mint Shamrock Shake
1 11oz carton Vanilla Premier Protein Organic Shake
2 sprigs of mint (about 10 mint leaves)
1 Cup Spinach
Directions for Mint Shamrock Shake
Place all the ingredients into a blender or shake maker.
Blend for 30 seconds on high.
Serve with a couple of mint leaves.

I had my serious doubts on this shake. Was it even going to taste good? This Protein Packed Green Mint Shamrock Shake was amazing. It tasted so refreshing and smooth. This was a special treat for my son too, since he is the official taste tester in the house. There was just enough mint to give it a refreshing edge and the avocado made it rich and smooth to balance with the Organic Premier Protein shake.
